KRS 262.025: Transfer of State Soil Conservation Committee functions to Soil and

Water Conservation Commission.

All of the functions of the State Soil Conservation Committee provided in this chapter are

hereby transferred to and shall be exercised by the Soil and Water Conservation

Commission.
