KRS 262.775: Tax funds -- Custody -- Disbursement.

Tax funds collected shall be transferred to and held by the treasurer of the watershed

conservancy district for the specific purpose for which they have been collected. All

expenditures of such funds shall be made by the board of directors upon order of th e

board.
