KRS 262.914: Contents of deed conveying interest in restricted land.

A deed conveying an interest in the restricted land shall set forth the language of the

assessment restrictions verbatim. Within thirty (30) days of a change in ownership of the

restricted land, the prior owner shall notify the PACE board in writing of the name and

address of the new owner, together with the volume and page of the deed book in which

the transfer has been recorded.
