KRS 268.230: Record of proceedings of the board.

The board shall keep a well -bound book entitled "Record of Board of Drainage

Commissioners of .... County, Kentucky," in which shall be recorded the minutes of all

meetings, proceedings, certificates, bonds given by all employees, accounts and

expenditures allowed and orders paid and all corporate acts in reference to the district.

This record shall be open at all times to the inspection of anyone interested.
