KRS 268.320: Benefits assessed to certain property -- Passage of title to district.

(1) That portion of any piece of property not taken for use of the district shall be

assessed for the benefits accruing thereto.

(2) When any property is acquired by any district, and the price has been paid or

secured to the owner or paid to the clerk of the court by the board, the title and all

rights shall pass from the owner to the district.
