KRS 268.515: Power of condemnation.

Where this section sits in the code

Whenever any property is going to be taken or damaged by the board pursuant to this

chapter, the board may effect an agreement with the owner for compensation therefor. If

no agreement is reached, the board may condemn the property pursuant to the Eminent

Domain Act of Kentucky.
