KRS 271B.17-010: Application of chapter.

(1) This chapter shall apply to any corporation formed under the laws of this state

unless the statutes relating to a corporation of that kind either are inconsistent with

this chapter or state that the provisions of this chapter do not apply to it.

(2) Subject to the provisions of subsection (1) of this section, corporations may be

organized under this chapter for any lawful purpose or purposes.
