KRS 271B.18-030: Acceptance of present Constitution.

Any corporation which was in existence at the time of the adoption of the present

Constitution of this state and subsequent thereto has filed in the office of the Secretary of

State any amendment of its charter or articles of incorporation shall thereby be deemed to

have filed therein an acceptance of the provisions of that Constitution.
