KRS 272.205: Member may withdraw on amendment of articles.

When an amendment to the articles of incorporation is adopted pursuant to subsection (2)

of KRS 272.141, such an amendment shall be without prejudice to the right of any

member or stockholder to withdraw from the association as permitted by subsection (2) of

KRS 272.151.
