KRS 272.251: Contracts -- Joint employment by associations.

An association may, upon resolution adopted by its board, enter into necessary and proper

contracts and agreements for the more economical carrying on of its business. Two (2) or

more associations may, by agreement, unite in employing or may separately emp loy the

same personnel, means and agencies for carrying on their businesses.
