KRS 272.295: Association not unlawful restraint of trade.

No association, foreign association, or agreements between associations and their

members shall be considered a conspiracy, a combination in restraint of trade, an illegal

monopoly, an attempt to lessen competition or to fix prices arbitrarily or create a

combination or pool in violation of any law of this state.
