The Secretary of State shall collect the following fees when the documents described in

this section are delivered for filing:

(3) Restatement of articles of association ................................................................$40.00

(4) Amended restatement of articles of association .................................................$80.00

(5) Articles of dissolution for a domestic limited cooperative association .............$40.00

(6) Articles of merger ..............................................................................................$50.00

(7) Articles of correction .........................................................................................$20.00

(8) Any other document required or permitted to be filed by this chapter ..............$15.00
