KRS 274.990: Penalty.

Any person who fails or refuses to do any act or perform any duty required of him by this

chapter, or who causes or permits a false statement to be included in the articles of

incorporation of any professional service corporation, shall be fined not more t han one

thousand dollars ($1,000) or imprisoned for a period of not more than one (1) year, or

both.
