KRS 277.110: Contract or lease under which railroad is operated to be recorded.

Every person operating a railroad in this state under a contract or lease shall, within thirty

(30) days after the contract or lease is executed, have it recorded in the office of the

Secretary of State and in the office of the county clerk of each county in which the road or

any part thereof lies.
