KRS 277.250: Getting on or off moving train.

No person, except a passenger or an employee in the usual and necessary discharge of his

duties, shall get on or off, or swing or ride on, or hang from the outside of, any engine,

train or car while it is in motion or switching, or immediately preceding it s moving or

switching.
