KRS 277.300: Notice of fatal accident to be given to Transportation Cabinet.

If any accident on a railroad is attended with loss of life, the company operating the road

on which the accident occurred shall notify the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet within

five (5) days after the accident occurred and shall furnish the cabinet all i nformation

requested by it concerning the cause of the accident.
