KRS 278.090: Office and hours -- Meetings.

(1) The principal office of the commission shall be located at the state capital, and it

shall be kept open during the usual business hours.

(2) The commission shall hold meetings at its principal office and at such other

convenient places in the state as are expedient or necessary for the proper

performance of its duties.
