KRS 278.115: Commission to establish internal organization of its offices.

The commission shall establish the internal organization of its offices and shall divide the

commission into such offices or divisions as the commission may deem necessary to

perform the functions, powers and duties of the commission, subject to the provis ions of

KRS Chapter 12.
