KRS 27A.055: Court of Justice reserve account.

(1) There is hereby established in the State Treasury a trust and agency account to be

known as the Court of Justice reserve account. The fund shall consist of moneys

appropriated by the General Assembly.

(2) The fund shall be administered by the Administrative Office of the Courts.

(3) Notwithstanding KRS 45.229, fund amounts not expended at the close of the fiscal

year shall not lapse but shall be carried forward into the next fiscal year.

(4) Notwithstanding KRS 48.630, no expenditures shall be made from thi s account

unless appropriated by the General Assembly.
