KRS 27A.320: Offender level.

The offender level of the system shall consist of at least the following information:

(1) Name of the offender, including other names by which he is known;

(2) Date of birth;

(3) Sex;

(4) Race;

(5) Ethnic origin;

(6) Residence address at time of arrest; and

(7) Personal identification number.
