KRS 281.717: Publicly-operated bus service to disabled persons.

All public entities operating under the provisions of any regular route bus certificate

issued pursuant to this chapter shall provide service to disabled persons as required by

federal regulations promulgated pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990,

as amended (Public Law 101-336).
