KRS 281.752: Fees for issuing identifying plates and papers to motor carriers.

For motor carriers and heavy equipment motor carriers as defined by KRS 138.655 and

for the purposes of tax collection, the department may charge a fee of ten dollars ($10) i n

each instance for the issuance of such identifying plates, decals, cards, signs, or papers

for the identification of motor vehicles operated within the state.
