KRS 281.760: Motor carriers shall comply with city and urban -county traffic rules and

regulations.

Every motor carrier operating under a certificate or permit issued by the Department of

Vehicle Regulation shall observe traffic rules and regulations of each city and each urban-

county while operating therein.
