KRS 281.790: Injunctions.

At the instance of the Department of Vehicle Regulation or of any person having an

interest in the subject matter, the courts of this state may enjoin any person from violating

any of the provisions of this chapter or other chapters relating to the operati on or taxation

of motor vehicles, or any order, rule, regulation or requirement of the department relating

to such vehicles.
