KRS 281.878: Prohibition against imposition of requirements not provided by law.

A broker shall be prohibited from imposing any requirement on any subcontractor that is

not provided for in this chapter, or in an administrative regulation promulgated under

KRS Chapter 13A to carry out the provisions of the human service transportation delivery

program.
