KRS 286.1-010: Definitions for chapter.

As used in this chapter, unless the context requires otherwise:

(1) "Commissioner" means the commissioner of the Department of Financial

Institutions;

(2) "Department" means the Department of Financial Institutions; and

(3) "Person" means a natural person, or any type or form of corporation, company,

partnership, proprietorship, association, or other legal entity.
