KRS 286.12-150: Federal laws and regulations.

Where this section sits in the code

(1) The provisions of this subtitle shall be subject to all applicable federal laws and

regulations.

(2) To the extent any provision of this subtitle conflicts with an applicable federal law

or regulation, the applicable federal law or regulation shall control.
