KRS 286.2-010: Application of chapter.

The provisions of this chapter shall be interpreted and applied:

(1) To the fullest extent practicable under law; and

(2) In a manner consistent with applicable:

(a) Federal laws and regulations; and

(b) Policies and orders of federal regulatory agencies.
