KRS 286.3-695: Approval of state -chartered bank officers or directors required in

certain instances.

Any officer or director removed from office pursuant to the provisions of KRS 286.3 -690

shall not serve as an officer or director of any state -chartered bank without prior written

approval of the commissioner.
