KRS 286.4-640: Effect of future amendment of this subtitle.

This subtitle or any part thereof may be modified, amended or repealed so as to effect the

cancellation or authorization of any license or right of a licensee hereunder, provided that

such modification, amendment or repeal shall not impair or affect the ob ligation of any

pre-existing lawful contract between any licensee and any borrower.
