KRS 286.6-012: Administrative hearing request.

Any party aggrieved by a decision of the commissioner under the provisions of KRS

286.6-015, 286.6 -035, 286.6 -055, 286.6 -065, 286.6 -700, or 286.6 -710 may request an

administrative hearing which shall be conducted in accordance with KRS Chapter 13B.
