KRS 286.6-035: Amendment of articles of incorporation or bylaws.

(1) The articles of incorporation or the bylaws may be amended as provided in the

bylaws. Amendments to the articles of incorporation or bylaws shall be submitted to

the commissioner who shall approve or disapprove the amendments within sixty

(60) days.

(2) Amendments shall become effective upon approval in writing by the commissioner.
