KRS 286.6-265: Credit manager.

The credit committee may be dispensed with in the bylaws, and a credit manager, under

the general supervision of the president, may be empowered to approve or disapprove

loans subject to the policies and conditions prescribed by the board of directors. The

president may serve as the credit manager.
