KRS 299.215: Fees of Department of Insurance.

(1) The commissioner shall collect and pay into the State Treasury the following fees

relative to assessment or cooperative life or casualty insurance companies:

(a) For filing a copy of articles of incorporation of the company, $10; and

(b) For filing annual statement of the company, $10.

(2) No other charges than those provided in this section shall be made against

assessment or cooperative life or casualty insurance companies by the Department

of Insurance unless agreed to by the respective companies.
