KRS 304.12-255: Refusal to provide requested Medicaid information as unfair or

deceptive trade practice for health insurer or administrator.

It shall be an unfair or deceptive trade practice for any health insurer or administrator as

defined under KRS Chapter 304 to refuse to provide information requested by the

Department for Medicaid Services under KRS 205.623, except when providing the

requested information would violate any provision of federal law.
