KRS 304.13-057: Rates based on Kentucky experience.

(1) Every insurer shall provide to the commissioner information to demonstrate to what

extent the insurer's rates are based upon its Kentucky experience.

(2) Every insurer shall provide to the commissioner information to demonstrate its

compliance with the req uirements contained in KRS 304.13 -410 which requires

workers' compensation rates to be based on the net experience of an employer

policyholder who has selected a deductible policy as authorized by KRS 304.13 -
