KRS 304.13-335: Certain rates to be based on Kentucky experience.

Rates for professional, commercial, and governmental liability insurance shall be based

on Kentucky experience when actuarially credible. This section shall not apply to rates

for motor vehicle liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and empl oyers'

liability insurance.
