KRS 304.13-355: Appeal of fire protection classification.

Any fire protection district, municipality, or locality in the state which is assigned a fire

protection classification by any lawful advisory organization or insurer which makes its

own rates, operating in the Commonwealth, may appeal to the commissioner for

modification or reassignment of the classification within thirty (30) days of receipt of the

classification. The commissioner shall determine the manner in which an appeal may be

filed.
