KRS 304.14-545: Cancellation of Medicare supplement -- Return of unearned premium.

If an individually marketed Medicare supplement insurance policy is canceled, the insurer
shall return promptly the unearned portion of any premium paid beyond the month in
which the cancellation is effective.
