KRS 304.17-315: Policy covering services performed by dentist deemed to cover such

services performed by physician.

Any policy or contract of health insurance issued in this state which provides coverage for

services which can be lawfully performed within the scop e of the license of a duly

licensed dentist, shall be deemed to provide benefits for such services whether performed

by a duly licensed physician or a duly licensed dentist.
