KRS 304.17A-450: Cost-containment feature requirement for program plans.

Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter, program plans shall contain cost

containment features, which may include managed care and utilization management, to

control the amount of high -cost policy losses without creating excessive adverse healt h

care outcomes.
