KRS 304.17A-633: Commissioner to report to Interim Joint Committee on Banking and

Insurance and to Governor -- Contents of report.

The commissioner shall report every six (6) months to the Interim Joint Committee on

Banking and Insurance, and to the Governor on th e state of the Independent External

Review Program. The report shall include a summary of the number of reviews

conducted, medical specialties affected, and a summary of the findings and

recommendations made by the independent external review entity.
