KRS 304.17A-756: Denial, suspension, and revocation of application or license -- Civil

penalty.

An application for or an existing certificate of registration of an insurance purchasing

outlet may be denied, suspended, or revoked for any reason a penalty could be i mposed

upon an administrator's license in accordance with KRS 304.9 -440. In addition to denial,

suspension, or revocation, a civil penalty may also be imposed.
