KRS 304.17A-816: Investment of funds.
Where this section sits in the code
The funds of a self -insured employer-organized association group shall be invested only
in securities or other investments permitted by Subtitle 7 of this chapter, or such other
securities or investments as the commissioner may permit by administrative regulation.
