KRS 304.17A-830: Trustees, officers, directors, or employees not to have interest in

administrator or group.

No trustee of a self -insured employer -organized association group nor any of its

employees, officers, or directors shall be an employee, officer, or direct or of, or have

either a direct or indirect interest in, an administrator. No administrator nor any of its

employees, officers, or directors shall be a trustee, employee, officer, or director of, or

have either a direct or indirect financial interest in, a self-insured employer -organized

association group.
