KRS 304.17A-842: Authority for administrative regulations.

The commissioner may promulgate reasonable administrative regulations not inconsistent

with the provisions of KRS 304.17A -800 to 304.17A-844 that he or she deems necessary

for the proper administration of these sections. Nothing in KRS 304.17A-800 to 304.17A-

844 or 304.17A -320 or any administrative regulation promulgated thereunder shall

require any self-insured employer-organized association group or its members to take any

action in violation of the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
