KRS 304.17B-009: Powers of the Office of Health Data and Analytics in operation and

administration of Kentucky Access.

In its duties to operate and administer Kentucky Access, the Office of Health Data and

Analytics may, through itself or third parties:

(1) Exercise any and all powers granted to insurers under this chapter; and

(2) Sue or be sued.
