KRS 304.18-010: Scope of subtitle -- Short title.
Where this section sits in the code
(1) This subtitle may be cited as the Group or Blanket Health Insurance Law.
(2) This subtitle applies only to group health insurance contracts and to blanket health
insurance contracts, except:
(a) Disability income insurance; and
(b) Paid family leave insurance.
