KRS 304.18-085: Commissioner to prescribe guidelines for coordination of benefits by

group health insurance policies.

The commissioner shall prescribe guidelines for coordination of benefits by group health

insurance policies. All group health insurance policies d elivered, issued for delivery, or

renewed in Kentucky after July 15, 1986, shall comply with the guidelines prescribed by

the commissioner.
