KRS 304.18-120: Minimum benefits under converted policy.

(1) A converted policy issued pursuant to the conversion privilege contained in a

group policy providing hospital or surgical expense insurance shall not impose

a lifetime maximum benefit of less than five hundred thousand dollars

($500,000).

(2) The commissio ner by administrative regulation shall establish minimum

benefits for a converted policy issued pursuant to the conversion privilege

contained in a group health policy.
